Our participation in Twilight Festival was a success! We gave out lots of information about our organization and have already seen some of the new faces at our Tiger dances and other dancing events. Special thanks to all those who volunteered to make this happen. On September 22, 2005, we danced at the corner of Walnut and Tenth, to celebrate the National Ballroom Dance Week. We have done it again on Thursday, September 21, 2006 even though the weather did not quite cooperate. Members of Ballroom Dancers of Mid-Missouri
participated in the local downtown Twilight Festival. We danced on a
street corner and passed out brochures promoting our monthly dances.

We would like to thank Tiger Columns Hotel for hosting our dances in 2005. Their ballroom was a lovely place to dance.

- September 18, 2005. Half-price event to celebrate National Ballroom Dance Week. We had our record turnout - 41 people, many heard about us at the Twilight Festival!
